Executive Session Purpose 2: To conduct strategy session in preparation for contract negotiations with nonunion personnel (Town Manager Kraunelis). Return to Open Session.
Execute contract with Mr. Kraunelis and, in the event a contract other than a new employment agreement is executed, discuss and vote on appointing Acting Town Manager and next steps for filling the Town Manager position.
