Finance Committee to hold public Financial Forum on budget overlook and potential override

Residents interested in Reading’s long-term financial outlook are encouraged to attend an upcoming public Financial Forum hosted during the Finance Committee meeting on Wednesday, May 20.

The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 pm at the Pleasant Street Center (49 Pleasant Street).

Focus on budget outlook and override discussion

According to the posted agenda, much of the evening will focus on Reading’s current financial situation and the potential need for an override in the future.
