October is a great time to make sure your RMV profile is up to date! Keeping your information current helps ensure your motor vehicle excise tax bill is accurate and sent to the right place.
If you’ve sold a car or no longer use certain plates, remember to cancel them. Also, double-check the Garage Code for each vehicle. Your excise bill arrives from the town listed under the Garage Code, so it’s important to confirm it’s correct.
