Reading Community Singers to present “Hope for the Holidays” concert on December 6

(2-minute read)

The Reading Community Singers proudly invite the community to their Annual Holiday Concert, Hope for the Holidays, tonight, Saturday, December 6, at 7:30 pm at Reading Memorial High School in the Performing Arts Center. This year’s performance promises an evening filled with love, joy, inspiration, and a heartfelt wish for peace on earth during the holiday season and throughout the year.

Hope for the Holidays offers a delightful mix of music and dancing celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah, family traditions, and the universal spirit of togetherness. Audiences can look forward to both classic and contemporary favorites, including uplifting selections such as “Be A Light”, the Jonas Brothers’ festive hit “Like It’s Christmas,” and the timeless message of “What the World Needs Now (Is Love).”

This year, the Reading Community Singers are especially thrilled to showcase several soloists, duets, and small ensembles selected from within the chorus, celebrating the remarkable talent that shines throughout the organization.

Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, or another cherished tradition, RCS invites you to take a welcome break from the bustle of the season. Join friends, neighbors, and fellow music lovers for an evening of musical mirth, warmth, and merrymaking suitable for all ages.

Tickets are available from any Chorus member, online, or at the door. Discounts are offered for seniors and students, and children under 5 attend free. To purchase tickets, visit the RCS website here.

Come share in the spirit of the season and let Hope for the Holidays lift your heart and brighten your winter nights.
