A new Eagle Scout Project will create a Mini–Food Pantry at the Library, with installation in late August
Bill Lockhart, of Reading Troop 702, is establishing a Mini-Food Pantry on the Library grounds as his final Eagle Scout project. The installation is scheduled to take place this week.
