Dana-Farber Mammography Van returning to Reading on May 5

Residents will once again have access to convenient breast cancer screening services when the Dana-Farber Mammography Van returns to Reading on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.

Hosted in partnership with the Reading Public Health Department, the mobile screening unit will be stationed at Reading Town Hall (16 Lowell Street) and will provide digital 3D mammography screenings.

The mobile mammography program is designed to increase access to preventive healthcare by bringing screening services directly to the community.

Officials encourage eligible residents to take advantage of the opportunity to receive a mammogram locally in a convenient setting.
