Office of Equity and Social Justice hosting open office hours at Town Hall

(1-2 minute read)

Residents are invited to stop by Reading Town Hall next week for open office hours with the Town’s Office of Equity and Social Justice. No appointment is required.

The sessions offer an opportunity for community members to learn more about the current initiatives, ask questions, share feedback, and connect directly with the Town’s equity and social justice leadership.

Office hours will be hosted by Albert Pless, Director of Equity and Social Justice, and are open to all residents interested in the office’s programs, priorities, and ongoing work.

What to expect

Visitors can:

  • Learn about current and upcoming equity and social justice initiatives

  • Ask questions about programs and resources

Officials say the goal is to make access easy and informal, giving residents a welcoming way to engage without needing a scheduled appointment.
