Official results from Reading’s April 7, 2026, Annual Town Election show the outcome of several key local races, along with voter turnout data across the community.

Results are based on the Town Clerk’s official election results on the Town website and will be upgraded once totals are finalized and Town Meeting Member results are fully verified.
