Reminder: Public information session on Community Preservation Act tonight

Residents can learn more about the Community Preservation Act tonight, Tuesday, September 22, at 7:00 pm. The Communications Director of the Community Preservation Coalition, Chase Mack, will present information on the act and answer audience questions.

Where to attend

The session will be held in the Community Room at the Reading Public Library (64 Middlesex Avenue) and will also be available on Zoom.

What the Community Preservation Act does

The Community Preservation Act provides state funding to help municipalities support open space and recreation, affordable housing, and historic preservation. All Reading residents are encouraged to attend the session to learn more about the question, which will appear on the ballot on November 3.
