Statement from Jaime Belsito Following Election Results in Michigan

Americans across this country are rejecting the status quo and demanding bold new leadership. They want Medicare for All, an end to the U.S.-funded genocide in Palestine, and campaign finance reform. It’s no different for the voters I speak with every day in MA-6. They are sick and tired of establishment Democrats touting progressive ideals and failing to deliver when they get to Washington. 

The people are taking back our power over corporate interests and dark money. Abdul El-Sayed, Adam Hamawy, Melat Kiros, William Lawrence, Analilia Mejia, Chris Rabb, Claire Valdez, Zohran Mamdani. This is the future of the Democratic party. It’s time to get to work for the people.
