The Link: Reading’s free, on-demand shuttle service

(1-minute read)

The Town of Reading is reminding residents about The Link, a free shuttle service providing door-to-door transportation within Reading and Wakefield, as well as to Winchester Hospital and the Leahy Clinic in Burlington. The service is available for trips such as meeting friends for lunch, shopping downtown, attending a community event, visiting he library, enjoying a local park, or running errands.

How the service works

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation's microtransit grant makes The Link possible. Circuit operates the service and provides on-demand, all-electric transportation.

How to request a ride

Residents can request a ride by calling 781-782-2521 or using the Ride Circuit app, which you can find by searching “Ride Circuit” in your phone’s app store.
