Water main break shuts off service near South Street

A water main break on South Street has shut off water service in the surrounding neighborhood, the Department of Public Works said Friday. The break is centered near 253 South Street and has cut off water to Heather Drive, George Street, and Greystone Way, as well as parts of Curtis Street, South Street, and Walnut Street.

Crews are on scene and working to restore service as quickly as possible, according to the DPW.
